
Strategic Workforce Manager

Workforce management plays a vital role in the operations of our Criminal Law Program.
As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our management team to develop and implement improved operational practices across the program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing rosters, leave, and training schedules that support staff to meet their service delivery priorities
- Ensuring improvements to workforce management tools, systems and practices meet workload and wellbeing requirements across the broader team
Successful candidates should have experience in developing and implementing workforce management processes, strong analytical skills, and an ability to manage collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
