Asset Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Analyst to join our team.

This role is responsible for the management and governance of asset data that supports the overall asset management framework and strategic plans across contracts.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate asset data and produce ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data management and governance to maintain accuracy and detail
  • Provision and maintenance of accurate data within asset databases and ITSM systems
  • Build and maintain reports to detect and resolve inconsistencies in asset databases
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to refine asset management procedures
  • Conduct asset audits through site inspections

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in asset data management and extraction
  • Experience in asset management
  • Accurate data entry, extraction, and cleansing skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivots, Power Query)
  • Xtraction queries and dashboards

Beneficial Skills:

  • Experience in BMC Remedy
  • Specific experience in radio, console, and network infrastructure asset management
