Asset Management Role

This role is responsible for the management and governance of asset data to support the overall asset management framework and strategic plans across contracts. The Asset Management Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to ensure that assets are managed and data is accurate.

The position involves producing ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual asset reports, leading account-mandated audits, and contractual reporting obligations. A 6-month contract position with a potential extension, this role is based in Melbourne Burwood East office with some travel required to various sites around Metropolitan Melbourne. Flexibility to work from home is available.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Data management and governance to ensure data accuracy and detail.
  • Provision and maintenance of accurate data within the asset database and ITSM systems.
  • Building and maintaining reports and procedures to detect and resolve inconsistencies in the asset database.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure asset management procedures are followed and refined.
  • Conducting asset audits through site inspections.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in asset data management and extraction.
  • Experience in asset management, including accurate data entry, data extraction, and data cleansing skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivots, and Power Query).
  • Xtraction queries and dashboards.

Desirable skills include experience in BMC Remedy and specific experience in radio, console, and network infrastructure asset management.
