">This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires resilience and compassion. You will work closely with children to provide personal care that respects their dignity and privacy, promoting independence and self-worth. Your ability to understand, connect, and support young people will enable them to thrive in our residential services.
">As a Casual Active Nights Residential Practitioner, your responsibilities will include providing overnight support to young people in need. You will be part of a dedicated team that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring continuous care and guidance.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or relevant recognized qualification">
- Current driver's license in Australia">
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice">
- Passion for youth work and experience in residential care">
- Excellent problem-solving skills and calm under pressure">
