We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide support to young people in need.
- A supportive work environment with a team of like-minded professionals
Your daily tasks can include:
- Building positive relationships with young people
- Following a routine developed specifically for a young person's needs
- Transporting young people to and from school, day programs and appointments
- Completing activities and enjoying mealtimes together
- Assisting in the implementation of programs designed for growth and development of young people
- Completing summary notes
- Maintaining a safe and homely environment for the young people in our care
Becoming a Residential Care Worker can be a highly rewarding career choice. You will play a critical role in supporting young people who require 24-hour care.
