Home and Support Worker

We're seeking a dedicated Home and Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you'll create a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people referred through the Child Protection system.

You'll work closely with colleagues who share your commitment to delivering exceptional care and support services. Together, we'll make a real difference in the lives of those in our care.

  • Create a warm and welcoming home environment, providing emotional and practical support to young people as they navigate life's challenges
  • Help develop essential life skills and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes for young people
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care or similar qualifications)
  • A genuine interest in young people's wellbeing and development
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding of the needs of young people in care
