About the Role
As a key member of the team, you will work autonomously with financial advisers to deliver exceptional client services and administration. This will involve getting to know clients well, liaising with them and third-party providers, and supporting the finalisation of statements and records of advice.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, third-party product and service providers
- Support the finalisation of statements and records of advice
- On-board new clients and manage existing client relationships
- Implement advice documents and provide updates for clients
- Produce correspondence, reports, and non-advice related support
- Manage client databases
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum 3 years' experience supporting a financial adviser, proficiency in AdvisorLogic or similar software, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. A strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a sound understanding of the financial services industry are also essential.
