About the Opportunity

At 481 FIL Investment Management (Australia) Limited, we're seeking a skilled Assistant Manager - Client Services to join our Customer Excellence team. This role is a vital source of first-line support, working closely with the Associate Director and Client Services senior manager to help our clients manage their investments and save for the futures they want.

About Your Role

  • Handle and resolve a wide range of issues from clients, including direct investors, financial advisers, and wholesale intermediaries.
  • Manage the establishment of new client account openings, ensuring all documentation is received, verified, and accurately recorded.
  • Answer phone and email enquiries, process requests, and manage complaints.
  • Manage fee rebate payments and facilitate RFP requests from Wholesale and Institutional clients.
  • Support the research function within the Wholesale Sales team by maintaining research databases and providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare client reporting needs and drive process improvements within the Client Services team.
  • Explain our products and services to clients, ensuring they get the best out of our tools.

About You

We're looking for someone with solid experience in customer service, distribution, and/or product environments within Funds Management. You'll need to be RG146 compliant, have experience completing RFP documents, and have knowledge of the Funds Management ecosystem.
