Job Title: Front Office All Rounder

At Pullman, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. As a Front Office All Rounder, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs promptly and efficiently during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
  • Attend to incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner.
  • Maintain strict security procedures, ensuring guest confidentiality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a front office, preferably in 5-star hotels.
  • Demonstrated ability to 'surprise' and delight our guests.
  • Confidence and ability to approach people to initiate conversations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per business demands.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must hold unlimited work rights in Australia.
  • Has a valid manual driver's license.
