**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administration Professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing orders efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through professional phone and email interactions.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to order delivery.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and creating sales kits.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in a sales administration or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for accuracy in data entry and order processing.
