Practice Operations Manager

About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, accurate, and timely information, including recommendations and analysis of the Practice roadmap. This will involve assessing progress towards business objectives and benefits, recommending investment targets, and reviewing forecasts.
You will understand business priorities, negotiate to resolve conflicts, and work with senior management to drive performance and manage to target.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting the performance of a Practice, including effort and cost of business operations, managed services, and transformation initiatives.
- Supporting Practice Leads and Service Owners to identify and deliver strategic outcomes, drive performance, and manage to target.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with senior management across the business and Technology & Transformation Division.
- Financial management of the practice, including forecasting, target setting, and supporting the monthly management reporting process.
- Obtaining and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the operating model and Enterprise Delivery Framework.
About you
We are looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience of portfolio management and reporting, including business performance. You will have a detailed understanding and significant experience of Portfolio Management, including program/project management, target and forecasting processes, management reporting, business analytics, and data interrogation techniques.
