Job Title: Business and Sales Development Manager

As the Business and Sales Development Manager, you will generate leads and sales through the development of local networks and the building of commercial relationships in medical, hospital, aged care, and disability areas and sectors.

You will assist therapists, coordinators, and clients to find product and equipment solutions to enhance independence, wellbeing, mobility, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities include providing product advice, setting up and running demonstrations, putting together quotes, and leading direct sales.

The majority of this role will be on the road, requiring travel locally and rurally throughout the region.

For this role, you should be empathetic, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, present professionally, communicate effectively, and have a strong commitment to customer service and helping others. Working as part of a small but dedicated team, you will develop positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and the community.

A generous salary package plus commissions will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain local networks and commercial relationships in medical, hospital, aged care, and disability sectors.
  2. Assist therapists, coordinators, and clients in finding product and equipment solutions to enhance independence, wellbeing, mobility, and overall quality of life.
  3. Provide product advice, set up and run demonstrations, and put together quotes for clients.
  4. Lead direct sales and generate leads to drive business growth.
  5. Travel locally and rurally throughout the region to meet with clients and develop relationships.
  6. Work as part of a small but dedicated team to develop positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and the community.
