The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Warwick Farm Dealership. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Process journals, daily RMC costings, and weekly CTP costings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • General Accounting: Cost and process used car sales, retail, and wholesale transactions, as well as allocate banking, cash sales, and EFTPOS receipts.
  • Office Administration: Order stationery, handle various forms and suppliers, electronic archiving/scanning, and physical file management.
  • Ensure accuracy in all documentation, including spreadsheets, appointments, and bookings as required.
  • Process data and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide general administration support to the operations team, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams on assigned projects.
  • Support and champion the PWAH policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance, and accuracy requirements.
  • High level of interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments, with the ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve, and establish work priorities.
  • Comply with reasonable instructions provided by your manager or business.
  • Cooperate with any PWAH policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work autonomously, but also collaboratively with a team.
