IT Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT systems analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to launch the next step in your career and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain workstations and networks to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide Tier 1+ Help Desk support and hands-on assistance to IT team members
  • Collaborate with departments to improve systems and processes
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Information Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of technical or service support experience in Information Technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
