Job Title: Chief Efficiency Specialist

This multifaceted role extends beyond traditional process engineering, driving the success of our fully automated site by leveraging advanced data analytics to optimize system performance and efficiency. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  1. Develop, maintain, and improve methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
  2. Analyse system, process and maintenance activity performance using advanced data analytics.
  3. Evaluate and improve system, process and maintenance activity performance based on data-driven insights.
  4. Communicate performance status and improvement actions internally and with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  5. Initiate, assist to implement revisions, modifications and retrofits; this includes identifying potential projects, translating them into solutions, and overseeing their execution from conception to completion.
  6. Identify leads, draw up suitable action plans and implement them as instructed.
  7. Use analyses to come up with usable insights and proposals for improvements. Create attractive reports and give presentations to various stakeholders.
  8. Familiar with standard analytical methods and techniques and stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  10. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
  11. Develop the capability of the team through training, mentoring, and coaching.
