About the Role

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive strategic financial planning, performance reporting and forecasting across our organisation. The Head of Performance Reporting will lead a team of finance professionals in delivering high-quality financial insights, driving business growth and informing executive decision-making.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency and alignment with our strategic objectives. They will develop and maintain complex financial models, deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, and craft compelling board and executive presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic financial plans and budgets
  • Owning the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Delivering scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
  • Crafting compelling board and executive presentations
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, agility and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (CA/CPA or MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years' senior finance experience, ideally within financial services or tech environments
  • Deep expertise in FP&A, strategic planning and platform business models
  • Proven track record of leading group budgeting and preparing board-level materials
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
