The role of a Strategic Planning Leader is to drive informed decision-making across the organization.

About the Opportunity

This position will lead group-wide financial forecasting and strategic analysis, providing actionable insights that shape executive decisions and support investor communications.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, focusing on value drivers and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and analyse group forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and the board, highlighting strategic recommendations.
  • Support policy development through financial metric analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations on external reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work closely with Strategy teams to develop 5-year forecasts and scenario plans.
  • Evaluate the financial impacts of investments and strategic decisions.

About You:

  • You are a commercially-minded finance professional with a strong analytical skillset and a collaborative approach.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic planning, ideally within real estate, infrastructure, or asset management.
