Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage and build master project programs and briefing documents with stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Liaise with regional leads to plan, budget, prioritize, and assess new locations and renovations for CEO approval.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain a network of global suppliers to design and deliver stores to high creative and quality standards.
  • Design and Technical Requirements: Negotiate and coordinate design, build, and technical requirements according to project type and location.
  • Design Guidelines: Coordinate and manage the creation of design guidelines as a 'playbook' for creative partners.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage in-house project management teams, ensure excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain a loyal network of suppliers.
  • Retail Property Project Management: Manage and coordinate with stakeholders to meet timelines.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and property management support to regional retail maintenance teams.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Experience: 9+ years of experience in store planning, design, and construction environments.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and processes; experience reviewing and negotiating contracts; proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
