About the Role

The Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Director to lead an established team and drive exceptional customer experiences in a world-renowned luxury brand with a prominent flagship boutique in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team to elevate the in-store experience and deliver outstanding customer service, aligning with the brand's reputation for excellence.
  • Oversee CRM and client engagement initiatives to foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring seamless store functionality and superior standards.
  • Drive sales and profitability while managing budgets and financial performance, analyzing sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
  • Collaborate with other teams in the region and globally to align local strategies with overall brand objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Store Manager/Director within luxury retail, with a strong understanding of the luxury retail market and its dynamics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to strategize and implement effective sales and operational plans, work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the business.
