Job Title: Store Design Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Design Planning Manager to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving the design and planning of our boutiques, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Planning: Collaborate with landlords to maintain strong relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends, while escalating opportunities for network evolution and local needs to regional counterparts.
  • Boutique Concepts & Projects: Develop and provide feedback on boutique concepts, ensuring they align with Maison guidelines and local requirements, while also certifying boutiques as environmentally responsible and sourcing external partners for efficient project delivery.
  • Boutique Maintenance, Visual Merchandising (VM) & Zoning: Serve as an expert in reporting boutique conditions, providing feedback on VM, collecting boutique dimensions for VM orders, and motivating initiatives on boutique animations and zoning.
