About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Director to join our team at WPP. As a Planning Director, you will be responsible for leading the development of media plans that drive business results for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of media plans that align with client objectives and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop strategies to meet them
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform media planning decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors and suppliers
  • Manage and optimize media budgets to achieve maximum ROI
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in media planning and buying
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
