The Role

As a Store Director, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of Senior Client Advisors and Client Advisors, nurturing and developing them to achieve exceptional results. You will be an exceptional networker, well-developed in your management career, with a strong connection with VIP clients across all product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set brand standards for delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPIs
  • Design and implement business strategy to develop strategic KPIs: conversion rate, cross-selling, bags business development
  • Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations
  • Be a Brand Ambassador in the market to develop the visibility and reputation of the brand
  • Implement clienteling and ensure clients engagement, recruitment, retention, and upgrading with high attention on local domestic clients
  • Build the best team through team development, recruitment, and retention, ensuring career development and succession plans

The Skillset

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Luxury customer service background is essential (RTW highly regarded)
  • CRM and VIP building experience
  • Passionate and motivated to achieve
  • Minimum 5 years retail leadership experience preferably in luxury fashion brand
  • Strong passion working for luxury brand
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated team player with outgoing personality
  • Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
  • Ability to communicate with HQ and his team sharing constructive feedbacks and clear strategies
  • Very good understanding and driving of retail performance KPIs
