Estimator and Contracts Administrator

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing the full Estimating and Contracts Administration process on luxury residential projects.

  • Analyse architectural plans, specifications, and other project documentation to develop accurate cost estimates for high-end residential construction projects.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labour estimates for various trades and scopes of work.
  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, including subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and variations.
  • Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and selecting suitable suppliers.
  • Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide accurate and timely reports on project financials.
  • Manage progress claims, invoicing, and ensure timely payment to subcontractors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate should have minimum three years' experience as an Estimator/Contract Administrator across architecturally designed residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing is also required.

We are seeking a proactive, accountable professional who can manage their own time and deliver results. Proficiency using Procore is a plus.
