Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certificate IV or Diploma in Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or similar (preferred) with minimum 2 years' experience

  • Knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) and/or NDIS
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Interpersonal & Relationship-Building Skills
