About This Role

As an Aged Care Assistant, you will be delivering tailored home care support to seniors in their homes.

">

We have opportunities available with shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday. You will travel between clients' homes, so a willingness to travel is essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Providing domestic assistance such as light house cleaning and meal preparation.">
  • Supporting personal care including showering, daily hygiene and monitoring of health and wellbeing.">
  • Assisting with community access to medical appointments and social activities.">
  • Supporting clients with daily tasks and routines.">
  • Building positive relationships with clients and their families.">

Skills & Experience

  • ">
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance.">
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.">
  • Pas sionate about making a positive impact in our ageing community.">
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (obtained prior to employment).">
  • Willin gness to undertake relevant pre-employment checks.">
