Home Support Worker

As a Personal Carer Trainee, you will provide supportive care to clients in our residential home, fostering their independence and enhancing their quality of life through daily living assistance.
You will work according to each client's tailored Care Plan, supporting community-based activities that promote social interaction and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living assistance to clients, supporting their independence.
- Work collaboratively with clients' individualised Care Plans.
- Support participation in community-based recreational and social activities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Confidence in meeting probity checks as required by legislation or policies.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
