Overview of the Role

The Commercial Products team at Nine Entertainment is responsible for managing a fleet of custom-built systems that enable the company to sell and traffic ads into linear broadcast schedules. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the revenue associated with broadcast is accurately managed.

Job Summary

This Technical Quality Assurance Specialist will be part of a key piece of CRM integration work within our sales systems, working closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability are met. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API testing, with expertise in using Postman or similar tools, as well as proficiency in .NET and JavaScript for writing and maintaining test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and design effective test cases.
  • Perform thorough testing of APIs, web services, and cloud-based solutions hosted on AWS.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using established processes.
  • Ensure the software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Continuously improve the automation framework to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies in QA automation.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per yearBenefits:
