We are seeking an experienced Technical Quality Assurance Lead to join our technology team at CMC Markets Stockbroking Limited. As a key member of our QA team, you will lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies across our front-end and back-end systems.

The successful candidate will have 5 years of QA experience, with strong expertise in API testing and cloud environments. They will also have practical experience testing both C# backend systems and JavaScript frontends.

About the Role

Job Summary:

This role involves leading technical initiatives that ensure reliable, high-performance trading systems. Key responsibilities include designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, driving API testing initiatives using modern testing frameworks, validating complex integrations within our AWS cloud infrastructure, collaborating with developers to resolve issues early in the development cycle, and creating and maintaining automated test suites for continuous quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive API testing initiatives using modern testing frameworks
  • Validate complex integrations within our AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues early in the development cycle
  • Create and maintain automated test suites for continuous quality assurance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of QA experience, strong expertise in API testing and cloud environments, practical experience testing both C# backend systems and JavaScript frontends, and the ability to contribute to complex technical discussions. You must also be eligible to work in Australia permanently.
