Job Summary

The Commercial Marketing Manager will play a key role in enhancing customer retention and revenue growth by designing and delivering data-driven propositions for the NBA program. This role is instrumental in adding commercial value to TPG Telecom by providing tailored recommendations at every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse complex datasets, interpret data and behavioural results to create data-driven and personalised propositions to retain and grow the customer base and revenue
  • Design the Next Best Action (NBA) proposition framework with scalability and flexibility in mind to accommodate increasing volumes of customer data, new channels, and emerging technologies
  • Define decisioning rules that prioritise NBA recommendations based on customer value, business goals, and near real-time contextual factors, ensuring the most relevant recommendations are presented to customers
  • Establish mechanisms to capture customer feedback on NBA recommendations
  • Prepare and present NBA commercial updates, performance metrics, and data-driven recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Analyse proposition performance data using advanced data analysis techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Channels, product, sales, and customer care) to gather insights and ensure commercial alignment
  • Perform research and analysis to understand market trends and commercial variances

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in using data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights and drive marketing decisions
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization to draw actionable insights
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect statistical insights with strategic commercial objectives
  • Experience in developing and optimising customer propositions and value offers using data-driven methodologies
  • Tech savvy, data led and proficient in marketing automation and decisioning tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce, PEGA, Unica or similar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for customer-centric marketing
