Senior Property Operations Manager

Oyster People is a leading agency in the real estate industry, known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Department to join our team, responsible for managing and training a small group of property managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of property managers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement detailed property management plans, aligning with company goals and objectives
- KPI Monitoring: track and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement
- Build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment
Requirements:
- Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving results
- Excellent knowledge of real estate laws, leasing practices, and property operations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving financial and operational targets
Salary Estimate: $115,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
