Senior Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Senior Sales Business Development Manager to join our Plush Think Sofas team in Logan.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and ensure customers have a memorable experience at our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create an optimal Plush Think Sofas experience for every customer.
- Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing and seamless delivery.
- Maximize sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold high standards of visual merchandising, pricing accuracy, and overall showroom excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture sales or similar industries such as luxury goods or travel.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm, especially during busy periods, is essential for success in this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration are required to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- Open to feedback and eager to learn, demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously are crucial for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
