Role Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Subdivision Project Manager to join our Urban Development Team in Ipswich, Springfield, Logan, northern Gold Coast, and Moreton Bay regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production, support, and delivery of subdivision projects in line with time, cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Effective programming of daily site works, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate employees, subcontractors, plant, and equipment to meet project objectives.
  • Provide advice, direction, and support to project staff, promoting a culture of safety and health.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in subdivision or local government projects, including site and project management roles.
  • Relevant civil construction experience in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on subdivision projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and coaching/mentoring skills, with a commitment to developing team members.
  • Able to manage corporate and client objectives, prioritizing tasks effectively in a high-volume work environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning, budgeting, reporting, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of regulatory, governance, and community requirements.
  • Experience in developing and delivering project management plans and systems, with a focus on achieving project goals.
  • Able to think strategically, manage conflicting priorities, and resolve problems creatively.
