Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Information Provision: Respond promptly and accurately to all guest inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Departmental Grooming and Attitude: Lead by example, showcasing exceptional departmental grooming and attitude, setting a high standard for colleagues.
  • Stay Informed: Familiarize yourself with daily activities via the Daily Round-up, Opera, and diary, ensuring awareness of ongoing matters and special events.
  • VIP Awareness: Identify and be aware of all daily VIPs, providing personalized attention and exceptional service.
  • Procedural Adherence: Follow and implement all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Reservations, Bell Captain, and Valet to ensure efficient guest arrivals, departures, and queries.
  • Service Excellence: Demonstrate a 'Passion for Excellence' by serving guests with flair and professionalism, achieving their requests efficiently.
  • Personalized Service: Ensure all guests receive personalized service, aiming for the 'Essence of Pleasure' in every interaction.
  • French Hospitality: Embody the art of French hospitality through a 'can-do' attitude, making every guest feel valued and appreciated.
  • Task Efficiency: Perform tasks in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Brand Standards: Assist in implementing and maintaining Sofitel Brand Standards, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the hotel.
