We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Ambassador to join our team



Job Description:

As a Hotel Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.



  • Greet and Escort Guests: You will greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms, providing them with a warm welcome and setting the tone for their stay.
  • Assist with Luggage: You will transport luggage to and from guest rooms and assist guests with loading and unloading their bags.
  • Provide Directions and Information: You will provide guests with directions to local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest, as well as information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Arrange Transportation: You will arrange transportation for guests, including taxis, shuttles, and limousines, and record advance transportation requests as needed.
  • Communicate Parking Procedures: You will communicate parking procedures to guests, including options for valet parking and self-parking.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: You will maintain a safe and clean environment for guests by reporting any accidents or injuries, and following all safety protocols.
  • Develop Positive Relationships: You will develop positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Requirements:

  • Australian Working Rights: You must have valid Australian working rights to be considered for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You must be able to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome for guests.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Confidentiality: You must be able to maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information and adhering to data protection policies.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
