We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at St Vincent's Health Australia.

About the Role:

About the Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • To develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures.
  • To coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior nursing role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
