About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Wellbeing Program Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Australia. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of staff and patients within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing programs addressing diverse staff and patient needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in wellbeing services and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, HR, and community organisations to promote wellbeing initiatives and ensure organisational goals alignment.
  • Design educational materials and conduct training sessions on wellbeing topics, including stress management, nutrition, and work-life balance.
  • Maintain and distribute resources related to mental health, physical fitness, and overall wellbeing, ensuring accessibility for all staff and patients.
  • Organise events and workshops to foster community spirit and promote wellbeing, both internally and externally.
  • Prepare and present reports on program outcomes, participation, and areas for improvement to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, Health Promotion, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, health promotion, or related roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
