Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Professional to fill the role of Nurse Unit Manager at St Vincent's Health Australia.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. This involves developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, enhancing the overall experience, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement effective care plans to improve patient outcomes
- Enhance the overall patient experience through effective communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field (desired)
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Information:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
