About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Instructional/Learning Designer to join our dynamic team at WiseTech Global.



Key Responsibilities

Instructional/Learning Design

  • Design and develop engaging instructional materials, utilizing instructional design models and principles to enhance learning experiences.
  • Implement various instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.


Content Writing

  • Produce high-quality, clear, and concise educational content aligned with learning objectives.
  • Write pedagogically sound content that supports engaging learning experiences.


Interviewing

  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights and validate content.


Content Scoping

  • Define the scope and structure of learning materials to ensure comprehensive coverage of topics.


Researching and Sourcing Content

  • Identify and collaborate with experienced and reliable content sources (SMEs).
  • Research and source reliable content to enhance learning experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in developing training materials in an e-learning capacity.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and practices.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in interviewing and working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Excellent writing and proofing skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity with the ability to design innovative learning solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new learning technologies.
  • Experience in producing microlearning online content would be advantageous.
