About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Financial Crime Team in Sydney. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our commitment to compliance excellence and regulatory adaptability.

Job Description

As an Instructional Designer, you will work closely with subject matter experts, legal teams, and compliance officers to design innovative learning experiences that address regulatory and operational needs.

You will develop comprehensive AML/CTF training frameworks for onboarding, annual refreshers, and role-specific programs across legal, operational, and compliance teams, ensuring they incorporate current legislation, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive AML/CTF training frameworks.
  2. Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions tailored to specific roles and risk profiles.
  3. Maintain comprehensive records of training activities and collaborate with compliance teams to produce detailed reports for audits and reviews.
  4. Evaluate training effectiveness and enhance materials and delivery through regular evaluations, feedback, and updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in instructional design, learning and development, or similar training roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field required. Master's degree in a relevant discipline highly desirable.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Canva, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • A creative and solutions-focused approach to learning design.

Location
