Future You is seeking a highly skilled Instructional Design and Corporate Compliance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and corporate compliance environments, with a proven ability to develop and curate impactful learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze business learning needs and design engaging, sustainable solutions that align with frameworks and compliance standards (Safety, Risk, Compliance, Diversity).
  • Develop Methodology & Standards: Create and promote Learning Architecture and Blueprints, ensuring consistency in design, implementation, and evaluation across the business.
  • Evaluate Quality Assurance: Ensure learning materials meet high-quality standards, using evaluation and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with People, Performance & Reputation, Group Risk teams to ensure learning solutions meet quality, scope, and timeline requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Education, L&D, or related field.
  • Experience in instructional design and corporate compliance environments.

Key Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop and curate impactful L&D solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
  • Experience applying design thinking, human-centred design, and Agile methodologies.
  • Skilled in measuring and evaluating learning effectiveness.
  • Effective stakeholder management and vendor collaboration.
  • Ability to work across disciplines and within collaborative teams.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and workflow management skills.
  • Comfortable managing priorities in ambiguous environments.
  • Proficient in eLearning (e.g., Articulate Storyline), LMS, video production, visual design, gamification, and emerging technologies.
  • Interest in emerging technology and best practices.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
