About the Role

This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our global team and make a meaningful impact. As a Global Instructional Design Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams to refine and deliver learning and development programs focused on compliance and risk training.

You will leverage your expertise in Articulate Rise and other eLearning tools to design and deliver eLearning and blended solutions that drive real-world performance. You'll also build and coordinate learning paths using platforms like LinkedIn Learning, if required, and support training administration to foster a culture of continuous learning.

This role offers a unique blend of creativity, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise. You'll have the autonomy to channel your creativity into impactful projects and work in a dynamic global team where your contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk and Compliance Training: Customize content from our SaaS partner, LRN, and deliver online courses to our global studios via their learning platform.
  • Instructional Design: Design and deliver eLearning and blended learning solutions that drive real-world performance.
  • Learning Curation: Build and coordinate learning paths using platforms like LinkedIn Learning, if required.
  • Learning and Development Coordination: Support training administration to foster a culture of continuous learning.

About You

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with 3-5 years' experience using Articulate Rise. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing stakeholders, and enjoy owning projects from start to finish. You'll transform complex topics into engaging, actionable learning experiences that empower employees worldwide.

You'll have a qualification in adult education, educational technology, training and assessment, or a bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Proficient in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, and experienced in creating eLearning and blended solutions for corporate environments.
