We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at Woods Bagot, a leading People Architecture company.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual with 3-5 years of experience in instructional design using Articulate Rise. As an Instructional Designer, you will work closely with internal teams to develop engaging and effective learning programs that enhance critical business skills and promote compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk and Compliance Training: Customize content from LRN's SaaS platform and deliver online courses to our global studios via their learning platform.
  • Instructional Design: Create eLearning and blended learning solutions that drive real-world performance.
  • Learning Curation: Develop and coordinate learning paths using platforms like LinkedIn Learning.
  • Learning and Development Coordination: Support training administration and foster a culture of continuous learning.

About You:

You have a qualification in adult education, educational technology, or a related field, and are proficient in Articulate Rise and other eLearning tools. You excel at managing stakeholders and enjoy owning projects from start to finish.
