
Insurance Process Enhancement Specialist

This position will support project and business continuity initiatives by enhancing existing insurance processes, bolstering security measures, and finalizing key technology transitions.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in business analysis, specifically within the insurance or financial services sector.
They will have strong technical documentation and policy update skills, along with a solid understanding of security-related processes and compliance requirements.
Able to engage effectively with stakeholders and provide analytical capabilities, the successful candidate will be able to recommend changes to the A&I committee to mitigate risk in certain insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Recommendations to the A&I committee to reduce risk in some of the Insurance process.
- Explore items such as:
- Remove non-binding agreements.
- Introduce digital binding with suggestions around the process.
- Claim Staking hierarchy.
- Release agreement payouts.
- Proven BA experience in insurance or financial services.
- Strong technical process documentation and policy update skills.
- Understanding of security-related processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical capabilities.
