Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our business operations and drive strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, strengthen security controls, and finalize key technology migrations.

  • This position requires expertise in insurance or financial services, with strong technical process documentation and policy update skills.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Recommend business solutions to the A&I committee to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing recommendations for implementation.
  3. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Client: A leading superannuation provider.

Duration: 6 months.

Location: Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option available).
