Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Enhancement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with end users and business teams to design and deliver smart, scalable solutions that enhance productivity and simplify everyday tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop and end-user computing support, including in-person assistance at the Tech Hub and through Service Desk channels.
  • Resolve technical issues and manage ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution aligned with ITIL practices.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, translating technical solutions into clear, user-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with business units to identify friction points and co-create automation solutions that drive efficiency and value.
  • Build and maintain tools and workflows using M365, Azure, and custom code to support scalable, resilient systems.
  • Support AI-driven enhancements that improve the digital employee experience, from proof-of-concepts to production-ready systems.
  • Develop intuitive, user-friendly systems that solve real problems for real people, with a focus on usability and impact.
  • Contribute to the stability and evolution of core workplace platforms, including M365, Intune, and identity services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience building automation and productivity solutions with M365 and Azure.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-900+ or M365/Azure Admin.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in workplace productivity.
  • Ethical standards and honesty in all interactions.
