Job Title: Case ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to manage complex workers' compensation claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and delivering timely, accurate outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining liability, issuing appropriate notices, coordinating medical assessments and rehabilitation services, and liaising with employers, injured workers, treating practitioners, and other stakeholders to facilitate safe and durable return-to-work outcomes.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organisational skills, a solutions-focused approach, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Manage complex workers' compensation claims end-to-end
  • Determine liability and issue appropriate notices
  • Coordinate medical assessments and rehabilitation services
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate return-to-work outcomes
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong grasp of relevant workers' compensation legislation, Acts, and Guidelines
  • At least two years' experience managing claims end-to-end
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and work seamlessly across departments
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach to every interaction
