Disability Support Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate disability support worker to make a real difference in the lives of people living with disability.
About the Opportunity:
A varying range of shifts will be available and participant support requirements may include personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living, and independent living skills.
About You:
- A strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and participant support requirements
- Experience supporting NDIS participants with physical and psychosocial disabilities
- The ability to communicate and appropriately respond to the needs of people with disability
- Possession of a First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
