Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to provide vital support to individuals with varying needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personal care, mobility assistance, domestic support, and community access. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure our staff have the necessary skills to excel in this rewarding role.

We require candidates with:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • An understanding of person-centered care principles

Apart from the essential qualities and qualifications, we also require:

  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • A Working with Children Check
  • An NDIS Workers Check
  • A driver's license and access to a registered and insured vehicle
