Empathetic Care Professional

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers, providing essential care and support to clients in the Sydney region and surrounding areas.
A key aspect of this role is supporting clients with their daily lives, including social support, transport, shopping and community outings. You will also be required to provide personal care to clients, maintaining their dignity and respect at all times.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support to clients with their daily needs, including showering, grooming and dressing.
- Assisting clients with domestic assistance, meal preparation and companionship.
- Continuing to support clients in living independently in their own home.
Requirements for this role include:
- A caring and empathetic personality is essential.
- Ability to learn new skills on the job through training.
- Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience in aged care, disability or community is highly desirable.
- Confident in speaking and understanding TAGALOG is essential.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential.
- Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.
