We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional to provide exceptional care to an individual with a disability. This opportunity offers a chance to make a profound impact on the life of a child and their family.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide physical care and assistance with daily tasks, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Support medical care needs, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with mobility.
- Implement therapy routines as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for the individual to promote their physical and emotional development.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any incidents or observations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in disability support, nursing, or a related field (preferable).
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Nursing, or similar (desirable).
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
